Delicious pizza! We ordered pizza here several times during our holiday and were never disappointed :) The staff were always very friendly too.

I discovered this pizzeria by chance, the place we usually go to was on vacation... so by searching on Google I found "pizzeria Carbonella", I relied on the reviews and, I can only say that from now on it will be our pizzeria, we got take-out pizzas, excellent punctuality, one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten... not thick, quite large, cooked and topped to perfection, I should point out that I'm not from Castellana Grotte, but from the surrounding area. Highly recommended pizzeria.

The pizza is excellent (ask for the CC, that is, controlled cooking). The service is good but could be improved.

A perfect place for a great pizza!

I was looking for a pizzeria with a wood-fired oven, so I selected a few places, convinced by the reviews, but especially by the photos of the pizzas. Thin pizza, interesting appearance, use of the right spicy salami. It may be a matter of personal taste, but spicy salami on a pizza should be thin. Small place with outdoor seating, perfect for a summer evening. The pizzas met all my expectations: very light dough, excellent quality ingredients. A unanimous opinion: we ate a good pizza. Congratulations.

I've never had such good pizza and excellent piadina. I highly recommend everyone stop by and try the delicacies they offer.
