We found this place while taking a walk. It was a real revelation. Excellent quality food and we were impressed with all the courses. Excellent service and friendly staff.

There were 5 of us, we tried typical appetizers, some better, some less but overall interesting. The sandwiches, on the other hand, are really excellent, starting with the bread

I was looking for a place to spend an evening with my son. We wander far and wide along the Amantea street and in the end we decide to stop at Caracas Bistrot 25. Intrigued more by the name than anything else, we ask for availability and sit outside in the terrace, along the road, fortunately not very busy. The mezzanine was slightly sloped but this didn't bother us at all. Very friendly and smiling staff. On the menu many typically South American dishes such as nachos, patacones and more. But the must are their sandwiches. We were truly spoiled for choice. In the end everything was spectacular!!! The starters are delicious and the sandwiches are fantastic. We will certainly return to try more. The only discordant note about the beers but that's my problem as I only drink dark or amber beers. No choice on this side other than an unfiltered ichnusa...

Cercavo un locale dove passare una serata con mio figlio. Giriamo in lungo e in largo per il corso di Amantea e alla fine decidiamo di fermarci al Caracas Bistrot 25. Incuriositi più dal nome che da altro chiediamo disponibilità e ci accomodiamo fuori nel deore, lungo la strada, per fortuna non molto trafficata. Il soppalco era leggermente inclinato ma questo non ci ha dato affatto fastidio. Personale molto gentile e sorridente. Nel menù tante pietanze tipicamente sud americane come i nachos, i patacones e altro. Ma il must sono i loro panini. Abbiamo avuto davvero l'imbarazzo della scelta. Alla fine era tutto s p e t t a c o l a r e!!! Buonissimi gli antipasti e fantastici i panini. Di certo ritorneremo per assaggiare altro. Unica nota stonata sulle birre ma quello è un problema mio che bevo solo birre scure o ambrate. Nessuna scelta su questo versante se non una ichnusa non filtrata...

Quality food. The environment is nice. Nothing to say about the service and waiting times. We waited an hour and a half even to taste two tacos, so much so that we drew the staff's attention several times. Room management needs to be improved.

Very good food, nothing to say! Dessert: churros, brownies and impeccable ice cream. The staff too. Unfortunately, however, we need to improve the timing: too much waiting to order and to wait for the dishes.

After tasting the streetfood burritos and paellas, I came to try the rest of the menu. The pulled pork sandwich is excellent, the corn focaccia is a little less so. The plantain fritters with pork are particularly tasty and confirm a very good burrito. I was a little disappointed by the empanaditos, of which I appreciated the inside but not there. Fried outer shell. The family environment makes you feel good and the staff is helpful and attentive. Excellent price quality. A sore point in my opinion is the outdoor plastic furniture, which is impractical and uncomfortable. Definitely will come back and recommended
