27/11/2024: Calabrian pride! BoB should be an example for many restaurateurs; concept, format, service, quality and the whole context deserves 10 and praise! In the last period I visited the top 20 50Top Pizza Italia and I would put BOB in first place like Pepe In Grani. The totality of everything...from the RESERVATION (which already makes natural selection of the customer), welcome, excellent service and the guys led by the owner in front of the ovens who are literally "scary" due to their dedication and love for the product. Source of inspiration and admiration!! p.s. few photos because I ate a pre , 2 fantastic pizzas and a bobino. All accompanied by an American IPA Ritual Lab not bad... with enjoyment! 26/11/2024: When I returned after 5 months I found the boys in top shape, Singapore, Spain, Peru did them more than good. New pizzas, old goodness, they don't miss a beat. All with serenity, without noise. Nana' more beautiful than ever☺️
