I have been frequenting Capricci Senza Glutine since it opened and, with a severe milk allergy, I can say that it is one of the few places where I feel truly safe. The staff is attentive and prepared, and above all willing to give me explanations if I have doubts about the new products that are found every now and then. In all these years I have never had any contamination problems. Furthermore, the food is excellent and the variety surprising. We have been using Gluten Free Capricci for over ten years. My daughter is severely allergic to milk proteins and eggs, as well as being celiac, and has never had any problems. Always very attentive and available. Thanks to them my daughter was able to eat things that would otherwise be impossible: cappellacci and tortellini, as well as numerous cakes for the most special events and the fantastic vegan brioches, including pistachio ones, a dream! Seriousness and professionalism! Highly recommended

I couldn't help but review their products, I was there for the first time, it was a spectacle! The Maritozzi are delicious, let's not talk about the miniature pastry shop, superlatives, clean, nice, very pleasant environment, I will definitely return, the very kind owner, made me find the Maritozzi even if same day processing wasn't foreseen... what can I say... a gem in the nearby center of Ferrara! Also worth trying are the evening aperitifs, thank you very much!!
