Exquisite hotel in Capri, the rooms, service, and breakfast are all 10. It doesn't have an ocean view, as it's in the center of Capri, in the most exclusive area, next to the luxury shops.

Our stay at La Palma was truly exceptional. The hotel couldn’t be in a better spot—right in the heart of Capri, just steps away from the best shops, restaurants, and everything you want to explore. Yet once you step inside, it feels calm, elegant, and welcoming. The staff really makes the difference. Everyone was warm, kind, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and it’s clear that no detail was overlooked. Our room was stunning—bright, elegant, and so thoughtfully designed. From the whisper-quiet air conditioner and generous closet space to the mini fridge and incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, everything was just right. The shower pressure was perfect too, which always feels like a small but important luxury. We spent time by the pool and rooftop terrace, both beautiful, relaxing spaces with excellent service. Our back room terrace didn’t have a great view, but it was still private and peaceful—perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Next time, we’d love a room overlooking the street or pool for that extra touch of Capri charm. And then there’s breakfast—an absolute dream. The ingredients and coffee are outstanding, and even the chef was there in the morning, which says a lot about their commitment to quality. The selection of food was straight out of my dreams—fresh, elegant, and delicious. Every morning, we were warmly welcomed by Florencia, whose kindness set the tone for the day. And her fresh panettone was perfection. La Palma isn’t just a beautiful hotel—it’s a place where every detail matters and where people truly care about your experience. We left feeling rested, spoiled, and already excited to come back.

We didn't stay here but enjoyed a lovely lunch on the terrace looking into the street. Petra is a true asset on the hotel and very friendly and helpful. Our meal was delicious (club sandwich and burger) - whilst expensive it was definitely worth it for the atmosphere and vibe. We would return again if we were in Capri.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Capri. Service and rooms you will not be disappointed with. Not a luxury everyone will be able to stomach, but for those who can. Highly recommend.

Our stay here was top notch! Firstly, the service was impeccable. Everyone was so nice and helpful especially the concierge desk who was so patient with me! Thanks to them I was able to find my lost items from the ferry. The rooftop bar is beautiful so dinner and drinks are a must. And you cannot beat the location of this hotel. It is literally right in the thick of it all. We loved our stay here and will be back!

By God, I didn’t just stay at Hotel La Palma—I descended into it like some dazed aristocrat returning to a forgotten inheritance. It was not a hotel. It was a hallucination sculpted in sunlight and silk. The walls whispered class. The air was perfumed with the scent of gold and fine citrus. This place… it breathes elegance. The design is not merely tasteful—it is surgical in its precision. Every archway, every tile, every gleaming brass fixture seemed to have been chosen by someone with the soul of Fellini and the budget of a Saudi prince. The atmosphere walks the line between Roman sensuality and Parisian restraint, floating effortlessly somewhere above the mortal plane. And the staff—sweet Jesus. Gracious doesn’t begin to describe them. They glided, not walked. They anticipated my needs before I even had time to get thirsty or irritable. One could collapse in a heap of espresso-soaked joy and still be caught by a velvet-gloved hand offering a chilled glass of something French and expensive. I’ve seen luxury. I’ve danced in palaces and raged in five-star bunkers. But this—this was exuberant transcendence. Hotel La Palma doesn’t just offer you a stay; it baptizes you into a cult of sensual ease. Would I return? I may never leave.

The best, most considerate staff on the planet. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Not cheap but worth the extra money for such a great experience
