Cappuccino da Angiolina In Modena

We came for a weekend in Modena in July and stopped for a coffee after lunch. We immediately appreciated the family atmosphere that was perceived among the staff and everyone's kindness. The same evening we returned for dinner and had the opportunity to get to know the owner better. What can I say, 5 months have passed and we gave ourselves another weekend just to go back to visit them. As always excellent and professional service. A certainty as always, highly recommended.

Peu de choix dans les plats, mais ils sont bons. La serveuse est très gentille et attentionnée. Par contre le barman derrière son comptoir est tout à fait désagréable. La serveuse a fait une erreur en lui demandant 1 verre de vin au lieu de 2,je me déplace au comptoir pour lui en demander un 2nd, et ce monsieur méprisant m'engueule en me disant qu'on aurait pû se decider avant.... Ce n'est pas le tout d'avoir un look de dandy années 50 avec des cheveux gominés et un costume de garçon à l'ancienne, encore faut-il être professionnel.

Stumbled upon it by chance. Meals served on the terrace. Simple and typical cuisine. Good address with reasonable prices for a place in the center.

Good food in a cozy environment with nice people. Very good pasta with the parimigiano sauce or tortelli al ragu. Menu on the wall. At the end, not sure we paid exactly what we eat, but not a big deal

Quick lunch in the heart of Modena in this semi-hidden place, in an alley opposite the market. Splendid day, crowded place but you don't suffer from the confusion. The place is a mix between a historic place and a trattoria refreshed in the 90s. Little choice of dishes (thank goodness), normal prices. Very good tortelloni with ragù and tortellini with parmesan cream, accompanied with a fresh bottle of Lambrusco. The waitress very kind and professional; the total bill was around €15 each (four first courses, a bottle of Lambrusco and one of water). An unpretentious lunch but with good food and good sensations.
