As for the food, it's quite good, you can eat right after arriving at the port. However, I can recommend pure limoncello with ice.

Fast fried seafood counter on Burano Island. Very convenient because it is right at the Burano Vaporetto Station. We shared their mixed fried seafood platter. It was good snack to keep our family tied over until dinner. BTW, even the edible bowl which came with the Frito Misto was tasty. It tasted like a Polenta Cracker.

Upon arriving in Burano, Fritto Misto is right before your eyes. A great place to eat beachside style, simple but effective. I recommend the squid ink spaghetti (nero di sepia), served on an edible plate by the water.

Location right off Burano C port. We got there around 11am and decided to eat early lunch so we had freshly cooked food. The mixed fried seafood was fresh, hot, and delicious. The fish meal was also delicious. The pizza was ok per my son. You order at the window and they will call you to get your order and seat yourself whereever there is empty table. We sat by the water and the breeze felt great. Watch out for birds though. The meal ranged from 15to 20euros. The pizza was under 10 euros.

Nice break with perfectly prepared Fritto misto. Really reccomended if you are on Burano and waiting a little bit longer for the ship.
