The staff may be unfriendly, but the food is friendly! The delicious food and the beautiful Burano scenery made up for the unfriendly atmosphere. It would have been even better if the service had been excellent, though.

Hits the spot perfectly after a walk around Burano. Seafood was fresh and crunchy. Enjoyed sitting at the water edge while waiting for the vaporetto. Must try!

Typical fast food. The food is not very tasty, we had potatoes and tiramisu, the potatoes were not super fresh, the tiramisu was so-so. There are a lot of pigeons flying around, which are always trying to take your food and you have to constantly chase them away, because they are obviously used to eating here with people. In short, it is better to choose some other place for a snack.

Excellent refreshment point located at the arrival point of the vaporetto to Burano! The fried cod and calamari are delicious. Outdoor seating only, offering a beautiful view. The gelato is also good! Quick service and fair prices.

14/09/2025: A typical Italian family restaurant where every dish is carefully crafted. Each dish we tried was delightful, and we felt like we were dining with Italian friends. You have to try it, it's worth it! ❤️
30/08/2025: A delicious and peaceful family restaurant, away from the hustle and bustle of the Lido's main street. Reservations are recommended. I arrived at 6:30 p.m. when the restaurant opened, and if it weren't for the owner's friendliness, there wouldn't have been a seat, even though it was still empty. I had a pasta with octopus, which was divine. The ambiance is simple, and the lighting could be improved with minor adjustments.

06/09/2025: My hotel room was large, quiet and clean. Right on the canal with stunning views. The staff was very good. Hotel was absolutely beautiful. Great breakfast buffet every morning. The restaurant was had really good food and great views. They offer a courtesy trip to Murano glass factory. I highly recommend this hotel.
01/08/2025: We always enjoy returning to this magical hotel for its elegant spaces, the courtesy of the staff, and the unwavering attention to guests. The restaurant is excellent, and the two terraces, one overlooking the Grand Canal and the other on the hotel's rooftop, offer breathtaking views. The event organization is impeccable. Highly recommended!
