As a Bolognese Dop, who has tried them all, this is the best historic ice cream shop in Bologna. Here you can find both classic flavors, which are now difficult to find because they all mix strange things together, and flavors made the way they used to, like Zuppa Inglese with real sponge cake.

28/10/2025: We had dinner with other people in the area for work, and we made a great impression. We sampled various dishes and drank various wines. Everything was excellent. Plus, our table was in the cellar, and the historic setting was appreciated.
08/10/2025: We felt very welcome here and ate very well.
