Capo Comino beach is one of the many pristine spots in Sardinia that I absolutely recommend visiting, even in summer. It's a fairly private spot, the preserve of few tourists. There's enough space on the beach for everyone, except for the entrances, which get crowded.

Very large beach characterized by the famous talcum powder white sand dunes...the sea is obviously transparent with shades of various colors...spacious so I don't think it's ever very crowded!!!!! Worth it!!!!

On September 22nd, deserted, kiosk already closed, portable toilet in the parking lot, beware, after 5 minutes the parking warden was already there and wrote up cars (the parking meter only worked with coins and not with cards).

Compared to the beaches popularized on social media, the beach at Capo Camino is windier, but at least just as clean.
The beach is great for children, as it's not crowded (in September) and offers plenty of space to play.
The water is crystal clear and there are no rocks in the sand. The only thing you have to do is enter the water through a strip of washed-up seaweed, about 50-70cm wide. After the strip of seaweed, the water is more than gorgeous.
Unfortunately, there are no public restrooms, and parking costs the same as at the more popular beaches. You have to drive slowly to access the parking lot because there are many potholes.
There's a small stall at the parking lot for food and drinks, which is highly recommended.

It was truly a wonderful experience, a beautiful, uncrowded beach with a lovely walk to the various coves to visit, spectacular sea.

It's beautiful; I was there after my holidays in Germany and Italy, so it was very quiet and pleasant. You can really unwind there. Unfortunately, I found the parking fees quite high, considering there's no proper road leading there. I think it was €18.

Beautiful, long beach with fine, white sand.
Access is via a parking lot that, as of September 2025, cost €12 for the full day and €8 for the half-day (8am-2pm/2pm-8pm), a sunny parking lot in the middle of the land. The beach is then accessed via a fenced path to preserve the dunes.
The sea is clear (though in September there was plenty of seagrass), shallow, making it suitable for non-swimmers and children.
When not crowded, the beach offers a sense of absolute tranquility and peace.
