Capitan Drake In Como

Io sono della zona e ho scoperto questo ristorante grazie al passaparola ( il miglior metodo per scoprire i locali). Ci piace cambiare spesso ristoranti per cercare il top ma qui non abbiamo dubbi! È la terza volta che ci ritorniamo. Un localino a gestione familiare perfetto sia per una cenetta intima in coppia o per una cena famigliare diversa dalla solita pizza. Le carni vi saranno dapprima raccontate e poi fatte vedere con i vostri occhi ( cosa da non sottovalutare) e se siete dei veri intenditori di carni potrete vedere prima di tutto la QUALITÀ e poi la marezzatura, il colore della carne e dell osso così come la grandezza del taglio per capire età dell animale. Le migliori razze (Angus, Fassona Piemontese, Wagyu,la Finlandese, Polacca ecc…) ovviamente ci sono carni più ricercate come il BISONTE ,in modo che potrete assaporare i diversi gusti delle carni che si sciolgono in bocca. Bellissima esperienza culinaria!

Absolutely fantastic evening. The service was exceptional; the host took our coats, explained the menu in great detail, checked on us and topped up our wine glasses throughout. The selection of meat is fantastic, we were informed of the breed, diet, species and location where the meat was sourced. The breadsticks and breads served were delicious and provided with speciality butter. This has been one of the most delicious meals in our trip to Como and I would return every time I come back! Thank you for a wonderful “meat experience”!

A friend took the two of us to this steak restaurant in Como, drank some red wine and had a pleasant dinner. The taste was great, the service attitude was very good and they did not discriminate against foreigners. We'll be back next time

Always nice to go to the must and carnazza, they treated us like long-time friends, making us have a wonderful evening, top meat, as in the photo, very tender
