A very aesthetically pleasing venue, with ample parking just a few meters away. It's located inside the Cantina San Marco winery in Frascati, in a well-kept and pleasant setting. Despite it being a weekday evening, the noise level in the dining room was quite high. The menu offers several fixed options, but we chose to order à la carte thanks to a The Fork promotion. Overall, considering the prices, it's probably worth opting for one of the tasting menus. The appetizer for two is generous: cured meats, mozzarella, a large slice of cheese, vegetables, and carasau bread. The portions are generous, the quality good, though not excellent, but overall enjoyable. Among the first courses, we tried the amatriciana: tasty and well-made, although with less guanciale than the traditional recipe. The menu states that the pasta portion is 150g, but in my opinion it seemed slightly less. Having frequented the restaurant in the past, on recent visits I've noticed that some dishes have slightly smaller portions than I remembered, and the quality has also seemed a bit less consistent. Nothing particularly negative, but it's something I've noticed over time. Overall, without any specials or fixed formulas, the prices aren't particularly low. The wine list is extensive, with a particular focus on Cantina San Marco's own labels, which are very interesting to discover.

DINNER TWICE IN 7 DAYS!! Over the weekend we had the house menu, and I must say the dishes were very good, rich, and enjoyable. Despite the restaurant being full, the service was quick and efficient. During the week, we had the à la carte menu, with dishes that were always very generous and tasty, but the service was a little less high-quality, with a few minor lapses at the table. ON BOTH EVENINGS, THE THING I REALLY DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE EXCESSIVE PRICE ON BOTTLES OF THEIR OWN PRODUCE 🤷‍♀️ I almost forgot!! The place is beautiful and clean, and it was nice to find the bathroom clean, too.

Nice place, friendly staff, orders arrived a long time apart from each other so we ate cold, the sautéed turnip tops were too salty, in general the dishes were poorly prepared.

Fantastic place! And I've had some experience; my partner and I discovered this place a few months ago. We feel at home now. We bring friends and family, and everyone wants to come back, and we've definitely come back. Why? Because the food is excellent and plentiful, and when you get up to leave, you're full, satisfied, and grateful for the welcome you've received. They have something for everyone, with a wide range of menus, fish or meat, pinsa (typical Italian pasta), dessert, good wine, and a variety of generous appetizers... but when you go out for dinner, what do you expect? This! Definitely this! Great work, keep it up, but we'll see you soon so we can do more quality checks 😊 and make sure everything is running as usual. Thank you.

This place was recommended to us by some friends who described the very clean environment, kind and professional staff, but above all well-executed Roman dishes, very tasty and of very high quality, prices for all budgets, and I and my group of friends can only confirm with full marks, in fact I would add that the desserts are superb, thank you so much ♥️

Beautiful place, excellent customer service, what can I say? Fantastic value and a must-try for those who aren't familiar with it. For us, going to Olimpia for dinner is always a guarantee. We also went to this wonderful trattoria for lunch today, and as always, we were treated truly well, and the food is always top-notch. We'll be back very soon. What can I say? They just keep getting better and better. More and more. Even at Easter, with so many people, this place is always a great experience. I'm writing this again as a loyal customer, thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place, which looks like it's housed in a former winery. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the customer's needs, which is not to be taken for granted. The food is good and the portions are just right. You eat just the right amount without overdoing it... I tried a burger with baked potatoes and I have to say it was really tasty, especially the potatoes: large with the skin on and well-cooked. The place also has ample customer parking next to the winery. I spent about €20 per person (there were about ten of us), so I'd say it's quite affordable. Definitely a place worth considering.

Everything was good and the service was fast with fair prices.

What can I say? Excellent food, excellent service, very friendly staff, and a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
