Nice location, impeccable service, very, very good food and generous portions, not the usual micro dish. Marcello transmits his passions with love and a lot of knowledge, always looking for raw materials from small local companies, and "natural" wines, unfiltered and without added sulphites. All this, as far as I'm concerned, made me experience an evening that I will remember for a long time, where among the good things I ate the best tartare I've ever eaten, discovered two particularly pleasant natural wines, all outside the usual patterns. Another positive note is the bill, discount aside, more than fair. I will definitely return, perhaps first to the wine shop. Thanks for what you do. I recommend everyone to try at least once.
