On every occasion, one manages to appreciate the great quality of the ingredients used for the dishes served together with the refinement of the wines that the great Marcello undertakes to describe. Cantone7 is full of excellence! Not just to try… Cantone7 is a regular place to visit!

Gentlemen, I have been to many restaurants, but here I think I have found MY restaurant. And I already understood it from the taste of the house's rustic wine served as an entrée. It goes to the substance of the flavours, but at the same time there is study and research behind it. There is refinement, but without making you feel uncomfortable in any way. And the price is ok. Highly recommended.

When in Latina, you HAVE to eat at this beautiful gem. The venue itself is beautifully decorated, the service is warm and friendly. The waiter felt his English wasn't sufficient but he had nothing to be shy about, he was wonderful and clearly knows a lot about the food, how to pair the food with the right drinks as well. He made wonderful wine recommendations and he was able to convey my allergies to the kitchen who felt that the dish wouldn't be the same (and I appreciated their honesty). But I still ordered the appetizer special (grilled amberjack) and they were very willing and accommodating to adjust my dish and it was DELICIOUS. The best grilled amberjack I've ever had. Each dish was delicious, filling, balanced in flavour and looked beautiful. Just a warning though....Google says they are open at 630pm (which was appealing to us tourists) but this is not true, the kitchen doesn't open until 730-8pm but they allowed us to sit, chat and drink and provided us with delicious olives and home made breadsticks. The cocktails are amazing too, the server was also very knowledgeable on the liquer and when I ordered a gin and tonic, he asked me if I wanted something with more floral or bitter notes and made me a drink based on my preference. And the gin & tonic was the best G&T I've ever had. I regret not asking him what kind of gin was used! Cantone 7....til next time!

Stumbled upon this place by chance, excellent service, excellent dishes served and explained very well, all accompanied by excellent wines, what more can I say, cost absolutely in line with the quality offered.

Celebrated an anniversary with great food and wine. Quality raw materials. Professional service and attentive to various needs. Highly recommended!

È già la terza volta che ceniamo qui e questo posto non delude mai! Il cibo è ottimo, con sapori e abbinamenti nuovi. I dolci sono buonissimi. Complimenti!
