We stumbled upon Canto di Primavera del Sogno Antico by chance, and it was a wonderful discovery. The menu is designed by the staff and is all Tuscan, with authentic products: delicious cheeses, spectacular cured meats, and excellent wine. After lunch, the owner even showed us their animals, a truly lovely experience. A simple, authentic place, perfect for everyone.

You sit down and they take care of everything: very carefully prepared homemade cuisine, with locally sourced ingredients, cheeses, cured meats, and meats, all produced by the family that runs the place. It's very cute but small, with just a few tables. We went for dinner and didn't get to see much, but we'll definitely be back.

Our experience was fantastic! The owners are incredibly kind and friendly. We ate a Tuscan antipasto at the restaurant, featuring cheeses, cured meats, jams, and crostini; tagliatelle with farmyard ragù for the first course; mixed roast beef and peposo (a spicy stew) with potatoes for the second course; and ricotta tart and biscotti for dessert. Everything was delicious! Speaking of the farm, they have all kinds of animals: roosters, cows, sheep, dogs, goats, and ponies.
Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

I came back for my birthday. There were more than 30 of us, both adults and children. We had a wonderful time. We ate on the terrace. The waiters were very kind, the food was excellent, we did karaoke and danced until midnight. The highlight was definitely Gabriella, the shepherdess. She was helpful, attentive to everything, and impeccable.
Highly recommended. Excellent value for money.

A real farm! We were greeted enthusiastically (even over the phone), and everything they offered for dinner was produced on the farm (the menu changes based on availability and the kitchen's creativity). Traditional Tuscan food. A simple and authentic atmosphere. If you have any special requests, please let us know by phone. In the afternoon, upon request, you can see and interact with the animals. For a different kind of dinner/lunch. Recommended experience!

Interesting experience. A delicious multi-course meal including wine and coffee. Everything was excellent, except for the main course, the chicken and sausage that came with it were very dry, and in some cases, very salty. Somehow, everything was always cleared away very quickly, and it was a bit unpleasant to hear the party music from a birthday party in the background...
