We stumbled upon Canto di Primavera del Sogno Antico by chance, and it was a wonderful discovery. The menu is designed by the staff and is all Tuscan, with authentic products: delicious cheeses, spectacular cured meats, and excellent wine. After lunch, the owner even showed us their animals, a truly lovely experience. A simple, authentic place, perfect for everyone. (It was a little difficult to find the restaurant.)
