Oh well, you can't beat this one.
Once you enter you are catapulted into a REAL Turin piola, but not the ones remade today to try to imitate the style and culinary taste, no no I think this is one of the last real remaining piolas. The food? What am I telling you to do, everything written on the blackboard that stands in the center of the room is exquisite. I ate some tajarin with sausage that were out of this world. Generous portions, fair price and friendly staff. Can you ask for more?

We discovered Cantinone San Paolo almost two years ago, on the occasion of a special evening, and we have splendid memories of it: delicious cuisine and excellent value for money. We returned recently, after some time, for dinner and were pleased to find the same strengths. Congratulations for your consistency and quality: keep it up!

I went this place on a one day trip to Torino to try local food. It exceeded my expectations. Truly delicious, italian in heart, plus casual and welcoming.
Tiramisu was spectacular, as well as the tartare and the wine sauce meat.

I discovered this place by chance, even though it has excellent positions on the internet and has a nice digital showcase. Characteristic atmosphere and very helpful staff. I devoured the plin with good taste with roast sauce and a stewed ossobuco, with an obligatory final shoe with the bread they produced. If I'm in the area again I'll do it again and try the dessert list!

Nel cuore di Borgo San Paolo, il Cantinone è una verace bottiglieria di quartiere trasformatasi nel corso del tempo in un locale dove si mangia senza aver perso l'atmosfera . Il bancone in legno, le bottiglie sugli scaffali, l'affabilità dell'accoglienza invitano i clienti a sedersi e a ordinare i piatti scritti sudi una lavagna. Cucina piemontese, con alcune divagazioni nella vicina Liguria. Buona scelta di vini e prezzi onesti.
