Beautiful historical site and winery estate with gorgeous hotel rooms. Our first day here and already amazed. We were told it’s really difficult to reserve rooms here so book ahead and make sure you sign up for a winery tour. There’s also truffle hunting option on the grounds itself but take note that truffle season starts in November so October truffles are really small and not available for sale.

Beautiful place. Guided tour with tasting. The explanation of the wines was cursory and the glasses were very small. You get the feeling of being ripped off (maybe that's exactly what it is), too commercial.

Enoteca Fontanafredda is located in the heart of the beautiful Langhe in an elegantly decorated space that combines tradition and modernity. The enoteca itself functions as an excellent canteen with an emphasis on local wine varieties, presented through a rich and carefully structured offer. The entire complex in which the enoteca is located also includes a bar, restaurant and hotel, which allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the world of wine and gastronomy of this unique region. For all wine and food lovers, a visit to Enoteca Fontanafredda is an experience not to be missed. Highly recommended!

We recently photographed a wedding at Fontanafredda and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The entire property is breathtaking with its vineyards, historic charm, and beautiful surroundings, it’s such a magical place for a celebration. The food and wine were absolutely delicious, making the whole experience unforgettable. We can’t imagine a more stunning setting for a wedding!

More than a Fontanafredda winery, it's more like a true village. Inside, you can admire the splendid winery, a restaurant, conference rooms, quaint employee quarters, and a beautiful park. We toured the cellar during a company event; it was very beautiful, especially the section with the old barrels. The tastings were good, but in my opinion the prices were too high for the quality offered.

What a wonderful experience!! A breathtaking location. The €35 price tag is well worth it, considering it includes a tour of the cellars with a knowledgeable guide and a tasting of three glasses of different wines, all well explained by the guide. Recommended.

A wonderful stroll through Fontanafredda, the historic winery founded by Vittorio Emanuele II, where Bella Rosina spent her days in a beautiful park! Worth a visit!

Beautiful, very unique place. Our guide, Elisa, explained the history of the village and the cellars clearly and thoroughly. It was a truly fascinating experience. The restaurant offers very basic dishes at reasonable prices. The only downside was that one waitress at the restaurant was a bit rude, saying she couldn't make us a coffee because she was too busy. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!
