A classic Turin piola in the heart of the real Turin, that of the streets behind Porta Palazzo in the old Gurdinfanti district.
The style maintains the historicity of the place as does the menu with the classics of the Piedmontese tradition, plin, veal with tuna sauce, raw meat, Bra sausage, cheek, and above all a good zabaglione made at the moment.
Good quality food cooked correctly, in my humble opinion the dishes lack a bit of zest, a bit of flavor intensity.
High prices especially depending on the portions and the type of place. You save something by booking with the fork.

Quite small restaurant but with good dishes
Food praised as organic only and exclusively to make sense of the high price. Paid around €30 for water which was placed on the table very easily. Not recommended, there is much better

We needed a quick lunch and saw this charming little local place near our studio. The menu of the day was very reasonably-priced with a starter, main and a drink. The lasagna was a little dry and had too many layers of pasta, but the meat was tasty and went well with a little salad or fries. The restaurant filled out really quickly - a sign that it was popular with its neighbours.

Trattoria like those of the past located in the historic center of Turin, a place where you eat very well and drink excellent wine. Comfortable environment with attentive, kind and competent service. A real gem!!!

I had lunch by ordering a tasting menu for myself and a trio for my husband, all excellent at a very affordable price (26.50 for two including water and a glass of wine).

Abbiamo pranzato con menù degustazione proposto (primo e secondo) servito si un tavolo, buoni. Poi abbiamo preso il cinghiale con polenta (15€), carne cucinata bene da farla diventare tenera e gustosa. Locale carino
