Enchantingly Italian...the outdoor area of ​​the restaurant is located in the large gate of the house and is beautifully decorated with colorful wall sculptures. In Sicily's hot weather it is quite pleasant to sit there, especially since there were no crowds of tourists passing our table. The meal was excellent. We had a large starter platter that left nothing to be desired and various pastas. All very tasty.

The restaurant building is very old. The upper floor is a museum. The Siracusa-style spaghetti, fried sardines, seafood powder spaghetti, and sardines with thorns were recommended by the owner, but unfortunately, they did not suit my taste.

Food was average. Not delicious enough. The pasta Syracusana tasted like the fish was from a can. In the pasta with broccoli the broccoli were overcooked. The ravioli with ricotta was good. The deserts and the wine was good. The service is quite slow. Waiters are polite but the kitchen works very very slow.

Lunch with the family, the boy who welcomes us is very kind and recommends not only dishes and combinations but also places to visit at the end of lunch, giving us tickets to visit the exhibition inside the courtyard for free! we will be back for sure!

Wonderful experience! We came in for a drink but stayed for lunch once we spoke to the wonderful servers here. Everything is genuine Sicilian…no modernity here! Wonderful aperitivo, superb pasta and “to die for” semi-freddo! Highly recommend.

Fin dal primo momento, siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia e calore dal proprietario, Pietro, che si è dimostrato super gentile e sempre disponibile durante tutto il nostro pranzo. Ogni piatto che abbiamo assaggiato era un’esplosione di sapori: la cucina è evidentemente curata nei minimi dettagli, con ingredienti di qualità e una presentazione impeccabile. I piatti non solo si presentavano in maniera appetitosa, ma il loro gusto era davvero delizioso, soddisfacendo pienamente le aspettative. In sintesi, Cantina Rampa offre un'esperienza gastronomica memorabile, arricchita da un servizio impeccabile. Un luogo dove si percepisce la passione per la cucina e l'attenzione al cliente.
