Cantina Meridionale In Milano

Cantina Meridionale is a lovely spot that we stumbled upon that had friendly service and served a good selection of tasty food. The Calamari Fritti (Fried Calamari) was a good portion and was coated with a crisp thin batter. The calamari retained its delicate texture, was moist and best of all, was not too oily. The Mezzemaniche Alla Carbonara was served in an egg yolk based Parmigiano Reggiano sauce. It was rich, eggy and decadent. This was topped off with bits of guanciale (cured bacon) which gave the dish a nice salty balance. The Bufalotta pizza was delightful. The pizza crust was light and crispy. It was topped with prosciutto crust do parma, basil and a dollop of mozzarella di buffalo.

Great food. Great service. We were party of 5 and we were very welcomed with some great food and a free drink. Pizzas were great.

They made us feel like family from the moment we got in. The food was great. The service was excellent. The music and a ambiance set the mood for a festive and enjoyable night. I would recommend this wonderful restaurant for everyone!

We had dinner here while visiting Milan. We started with the aged ham and buffalo mozzarella. Very tasty. The Alfredo pasta was amazing. Friendly staff and great service.

This is so marvellous restaurant i ever seen! The Food was so delicious also there service very well and fast.. . Especially thanks servicer all members. I want to came very frequently.♥️ Such as a pizza ,spaghetti and tiramisu so delicious 🥰

Excellent pizza dough, super fast service. I'm not giving the food 5 stars for two reasons: 1. The sauce isn't seasoned with salt, and 2. The caprese salad. But overall, it's good.

Great service, great food. Highly recommended, especially the limoncello ☺️ I've been here twice so far and will definitely come back every time I visit Milan.
