Cantina La Cà Nova In Cella monte

A truly beautiful agriturismo in Monferrato just outside the village of Cella Monte. I was there today with the whole family to celebrate my father's birthday. Excellent tasting menu with good quality wines from the cellar. At the end of the meal, we visited the infernot, beautiful. I recommend it.

Very nice restaurant in the hills. We ordered the set menu, all really good and plentiful. The man who looked after our table was excellent and professional!! A truly positive experience. I recommend visiting this truly beautiful city.

Not to be missed. High-quality food, service, and wines in a traditional setting.

You absolutely must visit! Surrounded by nature, in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The food is plentiful and delicious: the dishes are generous, authentic, and of excellent quality. A perfect place to relax and enjoy true traditional cuisine!

Just outside the village of Cella Monte, we found this typical Monferrato restaurant, both in terms of location and menu, from which you can choose à la carte or the tasting menu we tried. It starts with four appetizers, followed by a first course, a second course, and a dessert to finish. Everything is truly excellent, accompanied by a nice Nebbiolo from their cellar. You can purchase this and other wines from their own production at a reasonable price in a small, dedicated space. Service provided by a capable and friendly waitress. The bill was not excessive. The lunch lived up to expectations, despite the presence of one table whose diners were disrespectful with their tone of conversation.

Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, in a quiet little square, the place is well-stocked with wines, especially local ones, and top-notch ingredients. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it.

Siamo state accolte fin da subito con grande gentilezza e professionalità da Martina, la cameriera, che ci ha fatte sentire a nostro agio per tutto il pranzo. Abbiamo iniziato condividendo un antipasto con prodotti della tradizione locale, tra cui un tortino ai carciofi davvero squisito! A seguire, gli agnolotti al burro: semplici, ma deliziosi. Il vino rosso, un Barone di San Pietro Nebbiolo, ha accompagnato il pranzo in modo eccellente: profumato, ben strutturato e piacevolissimo. Buonissimi anche i dolci! Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. È stata una piacevole sorpresa, ci torneremo sicuramente! Ah.. Bellissimo anche l’infernot visitabile dopo il pasto. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo cenato nella loro splendida cantina, un tipico infernot del Monferrato; dopo aver fatto una visita guidata della stessa. Ci hanno da subito offerto un ottimo spumante. La loro gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità ci ha permesso di sentirci perfettamente a nostro agio e di vivere questa esperienza al meglio. Tutte le pietanze erano eccellenti, abbondanti, ben cucinate e con ingredienti di ottima qualità. La degustazione di vini si sposava perfettamente con le pietanze. Per gli amanti del vino è un vero paradiso. Abbiamo bevuto con piacere dei vini meravigliosi come il Grignolino, la Barbera, il Nebbiolo e una sorprendente Freisa! A fine pasto ci è stato servito anche un ottimo vino liquoroso. Si tratta di persone che sanno davvero fare ristorazione, nobilitano il territorio, sanno mettere a proprio agio i clienti e vinificano alla grande. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è davvero eccezionale. Li ringraziamo per aver reso questa mia cena di compleanno indimenticabile.
