Such a treasure! Owned by mother and son, Alessandro is always ready with a warm welcome and a kind word. And I’m grateful he is fluent in English. His mother, Maria Grazia, has a gift in the kitchen. Whatever she’s cooking, I’m having. I’ve been going here for a couple of years and have never been disappointed. But this time, Maria Grazia’s lasagna topped them all. Remarkably tender and flavorful, perfectly balanced, every ingredient present without one overshadowing the others. Such skill. If you have a chance to order her frittata, do. It’s the ultimate comfort food. Paired with a Cantina Foresi Orvieto Classico, you can’t go wrong. Plus! The location and ambiance cannot be beaten. Do it.

Always welcoming, with tasty Orvieto delicacies, from omelette to cured meats, to pâté... to anchovies. Excellent wines... even sweet ones.

En busca de “el mejor sandwich del mundo” (según mi hermano – suegro – ley, pero tristemente no había nada como esto en el menú. No sé si fue por ser la “temporada baja” pero el menú era muy limitado. Terminó con un sándwich y una mina para el almuerzo. Tal vez no nos dieron el menú completo. La comida estaba bien, pero desearíamos tener más opciones en el menú. Hermosa vista del duomo.

Traje un grupo de familiares y amigos a Cantina Foresi y todos disfrutamos mucho. Qué gran tarde de cata de vinos con Alessandro. Los vinos eran excelentes y la comida que se maridaba con él tan delicioso. Alessandro era tan conocedor y amable. Incluso mostró a nuestro grupo su bodega muy antigua. -Muchas gracias.
