Torno sempre alla Cantina con l'entusiasmo dell'adulto che si fa bambino,e la trovo sempre in evoluzione crescente. Il Patron Achille e' il se stesso greco ed Ettore troiano,e' lo Shylock del Mercante e l'Ariel del Sogno,l'Arlecchino di Goldoni e il Don Giovanni di Molière,e' Uno,Nessuno e Centomila ad un tempo. "Perdonatemi se con nessuno di voi ho qualcosa in comune... Io sono un istrione a cui la scena dà la giusta dimensione" Non solo ti perdoniamo,Achille,perche' questa e' la tua dimensione,ma siamo felici di poter essere a lungo le comparse di una riuscitissima piéce! Ad maiora!

Very nice bistro in the center of Soresina. The atmosphere is traditional, the employees are very friendly, helpful and courteous. The food (burgers) was very tasty and the prices were reasonable. There is outdoor dining.

31/07/2024: The venue is really beautiful. Well furnished. Large internal rooms. Added value is the outdoor room which projects a style similar to the venues seen in the TV series Miami Vice. If you want to eat an excellent variation of pizza this is definitely the best place. Gourmet pizzas with first choice foods, never excessively tasty and/or uncoordinated in their combinations. Try dining with champagne and pizza (recommended!). Prices a little above average; but not exaggerated compared to the quality offered. Biona choice of beers and wines. Good desserts. Parking close to the road or inside. Advised
21/07/2024: Gourmet pizza with the highest quality food in a pleasant and relaxing environment. Absolutely recommended. Reservation is almost mandatory.
