Good overall experience, some appetizers tasty, others less so, accompanied by somewhat anonymous sauces. The first courses were tasty and well presented. The second courses are also excellent, really tender pork. Good choice of wines.

Welcoming, clean and well-kept restaurant with friendly staff who are attentive in serving the food taken from the appetizer, first course, second course, side dish, dessert and coffee, all good, we were 2 people, paid the right price for how tasty everything was eaten.

I may be obsessed, but the carbonara I ate today... It was like my grandma's. No cream, lots of eggs and an onion (we are in Marino, beyond the grapes, even the onions were "traditional") but all of this, cut into strips.
The very kind waiter, despite being genuinely tired at the end of the shift (we arrived very late), treated us with professionalism and a lot of passion.

Accoglienza come sempre unica, chef Francesco sa il fatto suo, locale caldo pochi coperti ma ben curato e a fare da cornice delle splendide decorazioni natalizie e delle bellissime zuppiere incastonate negli spazi tra le bottiglie di ottimi vini. È il primo dell'anno e come tradizione io e mia madre andiamo a pranzo fuori e stavolta non il solito menù: piatti ricercati come le polpette di melanzane su humus di ceci, un ottimo brasato che si sceglieva in bocca e un arrosto con castagne e prugne, delle buonissime patate fritte e un calice di rosso (così ho rispettato anche le regole del nuovo codice stradale)....che altro dire a presto

We were traveling around Marino and looking for a place to eat. Local people recommended this restaurant to us. It is located in a downhill alley, with cobblestones. From the outside it didn't attract me much, but I decided to trust whoever recommended it to me and I did well. Small place, about fifty seats. Simple but cute. We got a platter with a selection of meats and cheeses. We had two first courses: a Van Gogh and a fettuccine with bacon and artichokes. All very good and plentiful. The staff is very kind and helpful. We met the owner, who is also the chef. A very helpful person. Prices are very affordable. Above all, excellent value for money. For parking, it is best to park in the space in front of the church, otherwise it is a bit difficult. I recommend it.
