Simply wow! Lots of great varieties with chocolate, pistachios, ricotta, and other delicious, typically Sicilian ingredients. Speaking of ingredients: the list is posted and, thankfully, very short! The cannoli are large and filling, fresh, and incredibly delicious!

Siamo stati in vacanza in Sicilia ed abbiano mangiato doverosammente un canolo al giorno, tutti buoni ma quello di cannolia ha qualcosa in più, sarà per gli ottimi ingredienti, sarà perché è fritto, sta di fatto il migliore. Così abbiano deciso di farne spedire 10 a casa x i figli,ma purtroppo il pacco è arrivato schiacciato con le cialde rotte. Abbiamo contatto Davide e ci ha rassicurato che il plico è assicurato e prontamente ne ha rispedito un altro. Arrivato integro e con la ricotta della fresca in un contenitore di polistirolo e dei ghiacci. Bravi seri e di parola, ma sopratutto molto molto buoni.

qui il cannolo diventa una esperienza: pasta fatta e fritta sul momento, riempita sul momento e dimensioni giganti a prezzo contenuto. Difficile trovarne altri così. Due ragazzi giovani con tanta voglia. Bravi, avanti così

28/06/2025: This bar was a highlight of our Ragusa trip, we went multiple times. Loads of exciting local wines and artisanal spirits to pick from, and the snack selection is great value. Lovely seating out on the square, plus a cool shop with local products and t shirts.
24/06/2025: The waiters and owners are very friendly, and the products purchased from the store are truly excellent. We had the famous peperoncino cioccolato di Modica PGI; trying the chocolate with chili peppers is unique! Pistachio cioccolato di Modica PGI, pistachio sausage, very good olives, and pistachio cream. Our friends drank wine. Frankly, it's more expensive elsewhere. The waiters and owners are very friendly, and the products purchased from the store are truly excellent.
