Davide, the young boss who runs it, is friendly. Pleasant . A big worker in decorating the packages of the pannetonnes and other pastries, everything is pretty. A pleasure to offer. Truly the best cannolis and pannetonnes in Sicily. I would like to believe it, I highly recommend it

An obligatory stop to eat the cannoli with freshly fried biscuits stuffed with many types of ricotta: among others... sheep's milk, pistachio with peanuts and salted caramel (my favourite). Artisanal workshop for almond biscuits and panettone in various chocolate, pistachio and lemon flavours... a must!

Out of the ordinary tasting experience. A decidedly delicate flavour, given by the right level of sweetness and quality ingredients. Certainly thanks to the freshly fried pasta and the freshness of the ricotta and/or creams and chopped pistachios.

I was never a big fan of cannoli, until I stepped in here. It was something else, nothing that I tasted before comes even close and I am afraid will not taste in the future. I tried several and my favorites are Ricotta di Pecora and Sgarbi with ricotta di capra. Just outstanding. And the friendly owner also gave me a gift, fresh ricotta di pecora and fresh goat milk.

Ogni volta che passo da Scicli, cannolia è tappa obbligata. A seconda del periodo assaggiato cannoli con ricotta diversa: vaccina, capra, pecora. Ogni cannolo è uno spettacolo
