I think one of the best burgers you can find in the Biella area, well presented, excellent flavor and even the taste is no joke, winning combinations, the last time I went I remember that there were also burgers off the menu which change based on per day or season (I don't remember exactly) but made with local products, very nice and welcoming environment, not too big for this reason I advise you to book a few days in advance (if not even a week you never know)

excellent burger place, informal but nice and well-kept environment, good sandwiches and good beers but what I like most and the reason why I come back regularly is the off-menu sandwich which changes weekly, I think I tried about ten and they were all excellent, friendly staff, quick service even for takeaway, never had to wait beyond the agreed time, definitely recommended

For us it was the first time, we were super satisfied, excellent food, welcoming staff both with us adults and with our little girls. We will definitely return and highly recommend it 🤩

We have been customers since they opened and over the years we have found the continuous commitment to improve, with the right mix of quality and price they are personally the best in Biella. One thing I would like to point out is the girl who serves ''la GAIA'' who has distinctly commercial skills and with her actions she often makes you think about the menu and you almost always fall for it. Last night, for example, we were forced to eat the Catalan dessert "among other things, excellent, I recommend it", then yesterday again on his advice we ate a proposal, which three out of three we named the best 2024 with artisanal cobbler accompanied from a local beer, produced by a micro-brewery born in Candelo and which, with everyone's pride, is going a long way, try it, it's rosé and has had national recognition but I don't remember the name. However, as usual, an evening with friends, which after a bit of sport, ended with the satisfaction of the senses. Thanks see you next time
