We went to this place in the center of Bari (Piazza Mercantile) for the Italy-Croatia match. The manager, Lorenzo, managed to accommodate us in the impossible: finding a place under the screen! Lorenzo, kind and helpful. Polite and attentive collaborators. We will be back for sure! You don't change the team that wins 😉

We arrived at 8.30pm to watch the Italy match, even though we hadn't booked, the owner, a very kind and friendly person, did everything he could to seat us. The food was amazing, very good quality cuts of meat. Starters were a real surprise, the cacio e pepe meatballs of unique goodness. The impeccable service, the very familiar environment. We felt at home. If we were to return to Bari, it will certainly be a fixed stop.

Excellent quality meat and wonderful location. I was particularly struck by the kindness and attention to detail of the manager, Lorenzo, as well as the availability of the rest of the staff. Absolutely recommended!

Antica Pasticceria Portoghese

01/01/2025: This is family bakery and cafe. We tried several options of their focaccia, it's soooo delicious! I love the one with straciatella!
12/12/2024: The desserts are excellent, especially the pasticciotti and more, the assortment of both sweet and savory is fabulous, prices are normal for what you buy, it's a shame about the welcome and more, perhaps it would be better.
