Camùri In Ragusa

Were there yesterday, had reserved via website 2 days in advance, no answer, then when we called it was clear they were only outside, it was ok. Service so-so, very inconsistent, the young waiter was very nice and helpful, when we asked why there was no reservation confirmation he said the email had probably ended up in the spam folder. When we ordered wine he said he only had one bottle left, but could give us a different wine, same winery, but cheaper. The food was very, very good, we only had to order the same thing each time, so one meat and one fish probably wouldn't work. But the food really was very, very fine. Unfortunately the kitchen seemed to have run out of energy at the Dolce. Once we got a tiramisu in a glass and once a cheesecake, better in every café, it was extremely unloving and very strange that everyone got something different. In conclusion: Yes, the food was very good, but nothing special, at 60 euros per menu I would have expected more, especially at the Dolce. No need to repeat it.

The evening was fantastic. We booked the tasting menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The wine pairing and service were excellent. The ambiance is simply enchanting. Try it for yourself, but reserve your table well in advance.

We were looking for a restaurant to celebrate a joint birthday with my partner. We arrived late and were pleasantly welcomed despite the hour, and a table was set up for us. We were able to enjoy a refined meal; the fish was fresh, the octopus was cooked to perfection, and the presentation of the plates was very beautiful. We were offered homemade bread as an amuse-bouche to accompany the best olive oil in the country. At the end of the meal, we were able to enjoy the musical entertainment from the restaurant next door to pleasantly end our meal. Thank you for this evening.

We booked the table weeks ago and were not disappointed. We had the 6-course menu and were delighted. Each course was explained and our requests were taken into account. The perfect wine pairing was also included! We will remember the evening for a long time. An absolute highlight of our trip.

The restaurant is located along the road leading to Giardino Ibla, in the central area, near the main square and in the heart of the town's tourist hub. We dined outside, in a dreamy atmosphere framed by a cascade of fairy lights and a soft, warm breeze caressing us. High-quality food, beautifully cooked, and the dishes were served with grace and attention, although I was disappointed they weren't generous. I've never had such good seared tuna, but the parmigiana millefeuille and caponata were also not to be missed. We also found some vegetables, which is never a given. Kindness and courtesy complemented our delicious dinner. The quality/price ratio was average, although, being used to Calabrian prices here in Ragusa Ibla, I found them a bit high, but that's understandable. Reservations are recommended. Definitely worth a try.

A lovely restaurant in Ragusa Ibla, with outdoor seating and a delightful atmosphere. We went there two evenings during a few days in Ragusa Ibla because we found the dishes to be of high quality; octopus with potatoes and vegetables, a revisited parmigiana with mint, and perfectly cooked seared tuna! Definitely worth a try.

Ristorante grazioso con cucina a vista. Personale accogliente e professionale. Cucina ottima, con ingredienti freschi e mano esperta. Cantina non grande ma con vini buoni a km 0. Corretto il rapporto qualità prezzo. Siamo stati bene, ritorneremo sicuramente.
