Camps Bay In Vieste

One of the best campsites in Europe: shaded, with spotlessly clean facilities, a restaurant, a market, and, most importantly, a free beach without umbrellas and no entertainment. Let's hope it stays that way.

A LARGE CAMPSITE Very strict reception. You have to wait until 4:00 p.m. to be pitched, so there's not really a choice, even though the campsite is practically empty. To respect this "quiet time," cars and scooters should be stopped from leaving, and maintenance staff should be prevented from driving around in trucks and collecting trash!!! The pitches are quite large, flat, under the trees, and unmarked. Easy access and the site is away from the busy road. You need a vehicle because it's far from everything and 12 km from Vieste. The setting is pretty, with a beautiful pebble beach with very easy access (contrary to some reviews). Very nice bar and restaurant. Modern and clean restrooms. No hot water for washing dishes. The toilets should be equipped with brushes! The price is reasonable: €23.00 with an ACSI card, but you don't have the right to the front rows by the sea, and they don't even offer them for an extra charge!

We stayed for 3 nights in a tent, we had a great time. The restaurant is excellent!

The beach is difficult to reach via a steep path that leads directly from the road, climbing over the guard rail. Parking is difficult.

It's my favorite place. Surrounded by greenery and incredibly peaceful.

With great foresight, I'd like to make a pedagogical observation. Rosy (mother), a leopard-like cat, arrives late (obviously) at the grandparents' house with Bibi (daughter). She passionately describes the plans for the farmhouse that hosted her daughter's enchanted garden party. So much so that we look at each other in surprise at the mention of a multipurpose shower (and we know well what function she was referring to). Disappointment arises when she scolds Bibi: "YOU THREW A SLIPPER AT MY HEAD." Repeated for a good 5 minutes, this triggers a pedagogical concern in me and the possibility that this might be reflected in Bibi's coping behavior. All for some armbands.

Fairytale village, a place to recharge your batteries... immersed in nature that satisfies the sight and smell... everything is incredibly fabulous... the staff throughout the village, starting from the management, are kind and friendly, the bar service on the beach is always available, very kind and friendly, the cleaning service is good, everything is always very tidy and impeccable and finally, what more can we say about ANNA LAURA and DANIELE... SPLENDID, EXCELLENT, FANTASTIC at organizing GAMES, APERITIFS and ENTERTAINMENT for children and adults.... ALWAYS READY to invite anyone who wants to have fun and participate....... TOP STAFF 💯 it's the second year that we've been coming and we are IN LOVE with it. WE RECOMMEND IT to anyone who WANT TO RECHARGE...... well done well done well done 👏
