I'd like to point out that my assessment is based on my first experience on Valentine's Day (a very busy evening), but I'd like to add two things, since I'm also in the industry. First, it's uncommon to wait more than an hour for a table (one you've reserved). I'd happily recommend better management for your organization: since you're running a so-called "double shift," with the first at 8:00 PM and the second at 10:00 PM, you need to address these two issues. First, inform the first-seater customer that you can accept a maximum delay of 15-20 minutes because you're waiting for the next customer. And given the high demand for reservations, the 8:00 PM customer must give up their seat to the 10:00 PM customer, giving you two hours to enjoy the evening in peace. Other than that, the food was delicious. And what about the service? The waiters were extremely kind and available at all times. A special thanks goes to Roberto, who made my experience unique. A kind and professional guy. I hope to return at a quieter time to enjoy the evening more!
