Always very helpful. Unfortunately, there are a lot of rude people, but that's not the manager's fault. Otherwise, I'd always go back...Monday through Friday 🤷

Beautiful campsite, very wooded, excellent restaurant, clean restrooms, nice pool... but above all, a compliment goes to Alessandra, always available and with a smile.

We camped in our caravan. Beautiful spot. Friendly people. Toilets and shower clean.

We happened to be at this campsite. We were very well looked after by the young owner, Alexandra, who spoke perfect English. She spontaneously organized a small wine tasting with snacks, and also an olive oil tasting. After that, we decided to have dinner there the next day. Where we were surprised again. Great food, excellent service, and to top it all off, everyone received a parting gift: a bottle of wine. There were five of us, and we highly recommend this place to anyone who is in the area.

Ancona residents in Casentino We had the honor of being the first guests of 2026. There were some organizational issues, which is normal when the season restarts, but the staff, especially Alessandra and Omar, resolved them quickly and with a smile.
