08/12/2024: We went to this restaurant for a business dinner with a large group, and the experience was impeccable from every point of view. The menu offers a wonderful selection of traditional Friulian dishes, and I had the pleasure of enjoying two truly exceptional courses: the salami with vinegar on a soft bed of polenta and the veal rump with orange, both prepared with great skill and a balance of flavors that conquered all the senses. The owner was extraordinary: she welcomed us with warmth and friendliness, making everyone feel at ease from the first moment. Furthermore, he demonstrated unique professionalism, patiently and carefully explaining the dishes, even in German, for our foreign colleagues, who greatly appreciated the care and dedication. The atmosphere of the restaurant is authentic, welcoming and perfect for those looking for an experience that combines tradition with quality. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to discover the authentic flavors of Friuli, accompanied by warm and professional service. An evening to remember and, without a doubt, to repeat!
