A great dining experience! We came here for lunch since we just passed by barbaresco. This place is full of potential to become Michelin star. Service is really attentive and all the details. Food is great, I had starter and first course while my partner had starter and secondo. Then we also had desert there. All very tasty.

Good morning, the possibility of online service is excellent (many places are still old-fashioned) the deposit request is correct.
My reservation was for 5 diners, initially the request was for a table outside, but once we arrived on site they were extremely kind and friendly in informing us that they had also arranged the possibility of being able to have lunch inside after a brief consultation we opted for the inside.
Spacious room, well-spaced and arranged tables, ours was a spectacle.
You can glimpse it in some photographs.
The straf up to par, did not disappoint our expectations.
Young guys, but very professional, congratulations indeed.
The entree was immediately the prelude to the evening.
All the dishes ordered arrived perfect, the times between one course and the next calculated in the smallest detail for the diners.
Who for once could converse amiably and not just gorge themselves.
Another detail that I found VERY, I repeat VERY pleasant and relaxing and I APPRECIATED was the absence of rude children running around the hall shouting and disturbing the guests present.
Only one regret I would have liked to be able to see the "Staff" / "Clump" of the kitchen to be able to give them our compliments.
I will definitely return.

"We had lunch at this restaurant, and, unfortunately, we were dissatisfied. We ordered coffee, but we had to wait for a whole 15 minutes - for an establishment of this level this is unacceptable. The waiters were in no hurry and did not even apologize for the delay. The overall impression was ruined. The service clearly needs improvement."

Uns wurde das „Gourmet“ Restaurant von unserem Hotel empfohlen. Hohes Niveau und natürlich hochpreisig. Es ist jede Menge Personal dort und an dem Abend waren drinnen von etwa 80 Plätzen nur etwa 20 belegt. Trotzdem gab es Wartezeiten. Die beiden Weinkarten enthielten gefühlt jeweils 500 verschiedene Weine. Damit waren wir hoffnungslos überfordert. Daher bestellten wir eine Flasche roten Hauswein, der später mit satten 90,- Euro berechnet wurde. Und Glasweise mit 18,- Euro. Die Dame, die offenbar allein für den Wein zuständig war, konnte auch nicht lächeln. Die Speisekarte war sehr klein, sie sprach uns überhaupt nicht an. So wählten wir beide Carpaccio und beide Cannelloni. Beides war gut. Der Nachtisch ohne besonderen Geschmack. Offenbar ist das Konzept auf eine gigantische Menge Weinsorten ausgelegt, wobei wir beim flüchtigen überschlagen der Karte den preiswertesten mit 70,- Euro entdeckt haben. Und auf beste Fleisch Qualität. Allerdings war das mindeste 700 Gramm, also auch nichts für uns ältere Gäste. Das ganze hat uns nicht so sehr angesprochen.
