In the center of Rome, an experience to remember. Welcoming place, tidy and cared for in every detail. The staff is professional and always available, able to make you feel at home. The cuisine? 10 and praise!!!! Excellent value for money too. Absolutely worth trying! I will be back soon….

I recently visited this restaurant and I must say that the dining experience was excellent. The dishes were prepared with fresh ingredients. The environment is well cared for, with a warm and pleasant atmosphere that invites you to relax. However, the service did not live up to the food and ambiance. The wait to receive the dishes was excessively long, which slightly affected the overall experience. Despite this, the staff were friendly and helpful. I still recommend this restaurant for the excellent quality of the food and the refined environment, hoping for shorter waiting times in the future.

Excellent meat and artichokes out of season. Good side dishes but terrible cheesecake, compensated by an excellent tiramisu.

It’s objectively delicious, there’s excellent service and everything is perfect except for the empty walls on which you won’t see anything, not a single painting or photograph. This is strange, because it is the basic job of a decorator to make the environment cozy and so that visitors do not feel like they are in a cafeteria. Nowadays it’s good to come here with a business partner for lunch, but not with your loved one for a romantic dinner. The situation is not favorable.

Posto interessante e carino, tavoli un po’ piccoli si sta leggermente stretti. Primi superlativi, cacio e pepe spettacolare. Prezzi leggermente più alti della media ma siamo a Parioli quindi in linea con il quartiere. Consigliato si mangia molte bene

Cibo davvero buono e prodotti di qualità. Ottimo anche il servizio. Leggendo le recensioni mi aspettavo un conto molto salato, invece mi è sembrato nella media (tre antipasti, 4 primi, un secondo e il vino abbiamo speso meno di 30 euro a testa).

20/05/2025: We had spaghetti amatriciana and spaghetti with tomatoes and basil, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was friendly. I definitely recommend it.
14/05/2025: Excellent. Visiting g Ro.e for work and ventured out for a bit of sightseeing g with co-workers. Walked up on this gem and was not disappointed. We shared starters of all kinds, sampled great wine and had a great meal and then desert that made my trip to Rome complete. I had the Classic Lasagna. It was rustic and hearty. Others at the table had the Torelli Cacio e pepe or the Risotto Agil Scapi. Nothing wrong at our table. Finished with amazing deserts and full stomachs and warm hearts. Cannot wait to visit again.

Ristorante La Nuova Piazzetta

16/12/2024: This restaurant is very popular with tourists and gets way too much praise here on TripAdvisor. This was our most disappointing dining experience during our 1 week stay in Rome and Florence. The restaurant is very attractive and cozy inside and the manager circulating to all the tables was very welcoming and amusing. However, the food was on par with the Olive Garden. Really mediocre quality. In no other restaurant in Europe have I ever been brought the check while we're still dining but I'm sure most Americans don't complain being accustomed to this. Ringing the bell at the counter when paying the check and leaving a tip was also pretty cheesy. There are so many better options in Rome. Certainly, don't stand in any long line for a table here.
11/12/2024: Quel bon moment….n’hésitez pas à patienter si vous êtes plus de 2 cela vaut vraiment le temps d’attente. Les pastas sont très bonnes les desserts faits maison…..le service est super tous plus gentils les uns que les autres top…tous cela pour un pris très correct . Le limoncello offert en fin de repas….Super
