Ho pranzato in questo bel ristorante qualche domenica fa.
Gastronomicamente nulla da dire, solo un appunto relativamente al servizio, sperando che questa mia puntigliositá venga apprezzata :
se si vuol puntare alla stella, è necessario curare anche il servizio!
La cameriera che ci ha servito è stata molto attenta e carina, ma, così come ho segnalato, tra il secondo e il dessert sono state lasciate le briciole sul tavolo e in secondo luogo, la tovaglia dovrebbe essere stirata sul tavolo in modo tale da non lasciare le pieghe della stiratura precedente.
Solo piccoli accorgimenti per chi ha stoffa da vendere!
Torneremo sicuramente.

The location is historic and certainly well chosen, the food is only missing a star, the service is top. The welcoming environment, the highly professional staff. Present and always kind. We had lunch together and it was an unforgettable experience. We will certainly return as in December there are many opportunities to celebrate and it is worth doing it in a big way.

I would like to describe my experience, but it is similar to others already told. I would like to describe the magic of the site but it is better to experience it. I would like to describe the warmth of the environment but it is an intimate experience that must be felt. The first appetizer? It made me understand why he deserved to come.

Everything excellent. Impeccable location, refined furnishings and paintings by the author (Paola Volpato), service synchronized to the thousandth of a second, well-prepared dishes, refined cuisine with a refined taste, personalized and respectful hospitality.
The chef describes the experience of his cuisine exactly as a sailor indicates the art of following uncharted paths.

Well what can I say, here we are on another level. Top cuisine, very kind staff who are super attentive to customer needs, great attention to the pairing of wines with culinary proposals, suggestive location.... a journey through the world of flavors and aromas.
