Ciao, mi sono trovato in questo posto in una cena di lavoro. E devo dire che mi ha veramente stupito sia per la qualità del cibo che è per la quantità di portate servite di sicuro ci ritornerò sicuramente e lo consiglierò ai miei colleghi che per lavoro si dovranno recare a Modugno . Complimenti.

Excellent brazier, you can eat well, the raw materials are excellent and you don't spend a lot. After 1 month of dinners I can confirm that I have tried almost the entire menu 😋.

Cena con amici con la formula all you can eat, tutto perfetto abbiamo consumato un buonissimo carpaccio con rucola e grana diversi preparati come arrostisci diversi tipi della famosa bombette pugliesi hamburger e salsiccie e tante altre cose.la sala un po’ piccola ma accogliente servizio rapido ed impeccabile. Il proprietario Giuseppe disponibile ad ogni tipo di spiegazione sulle varie portate richieste. Esperienza da ripetere.

I went with some friends to take advantage of the "All You Can Eat" meat menu (how could you not take advantage of it, right?). The menu includes the consumption of 2 drinks per person. Obviously, there are some dishes excluded, such as fine cuts of meat, but overall the meat offering is truly abundant. It should be noted that the starters are not included in the "all you can eat" offer and you can only order 1 each, but the quality is still excellent. We chose to share an appetizer for five people, which included a course of carpaccio, a tartare, bombetta (all strictly raw) and two first courses. I have to say that I really liked everything, with the tartare earning first place among the dishes! Once the starters were finished, we started on the roasts: nothing unexpected, but every dish met our expectations. Sausage in wine, hamburgers (also with some particular variations), sweetbreads, and obviously the bowler hat, which however, every time we asked for it, was overcooked. The waitress who served us was pleasantly impeccable and too patient (thank you). Overall, it was a fun and tasty evening, with dishes for all tastes and a good atmosphere.
