After a sunny day on Favignana, we couldn't help but stop at the famous Calvino pizzeria, recommended to us by local friends. The location is charming, with many small rooms previously used for other purposes. The portions are generous and tasty, and the prices are competitive. Definitely worth a try.

Arriving at 19:10 we managed to quickly order pizza, after 15 minutes all the tables were already occupied and there was a queue. If you want to eat pizza quickly, then come exactly at 19:00. I asked the waiter to make it less salt. But they made it very salty. The service is ordinary, I won’t say anything about it, I didn’t expect anything good in a pizzeria). I really liked the atmosphere, the customers fought with the cooker and screamed and ran along the street with threats for 20 minutes, after 15 minutes the police arrived. The atmosphere is Italian 👍.

The pizza was really, really good, typical Trapani pizza, cut into squares, crispy on the bottom, soft in the middle, and full of toppings. Truly delicious. The guy who served us was very kind, helpful, and truly generous, adding a positive touch that enhanced the experience. We didn't book, but we were lucky to get a table outside, where reservations are not required, while inside you can. Recommended.

Unique and delicious pizza. Must try. I stopped by to make a reservation because I didn't get an answer on my phone. I was in the area and made a reservation for that evening after a stroll through the center. We ordered the small pizza and almost had a hard time finishing it.

Cosa poter eccepire riguardo ad una istituzione trapanese che da decenni sforna un prodotto dalla cifra stilistica ineguagliabile? Offerta solo a base di pizza nell’inconfondibile versione con impasto soffice e condimento strabordante che dà il meglio di sé nella ormai iconica “rianata” trapanese. E i prezzi sono giustamente modici. Servizio gentile.
