Calu Ristorante Pizzeria In Caluso

Nice and welcoming pizzeria restaurant. Friendly staff. We arrived without a reservation for the grape festival, but despite it being busy, they welcomed us. The tartare and the first courses were excellent. We didn't order pizza, but seeing the dishes go by, we'll definitely try it next time, especially considering the quality of the dough. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

The food is excellent. I've been going to this restaurant/pizzeria for years, and everything they've ever offered has always been tasty and balanced. The service is good. The beers are definitely worth trying.

The pizza is really good, and that definitely raises the restaurant's rating. Unfortunately, however, the overall experience was ruined by the service: the waitress who served us was arrogant, even rude at times, making us feel unwanted the entire evening. Furthermore, there was very little attention paid to the customer, which is a huge factor in a restaurant. I understand that not everyone is suited to working with customers, but in this case, the difference was noticeable. I would return for the pizza, but unfortunately, I think they lost some customers because of the service. I should point out that this review doesn't apply to all the staff, but our experience of the evening was marred by the behavior of those who served us. A real shame.

I visited this restaurant and ordered a pizza that, according to the menu, was without tomato sauce. I asked the waitress if it was possible to add it, and she confirmed it was possible. However, the pizza arrived without the requested addition, and while she was serving it, no explanation or apology was given, not even a simple "Sorry, they didn't manage to add it." The food is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. Furthermore, during dinner, a wine glass was accidentally broken at our table, and no one asked if we wanted to replace it.

I went with a friend and ordered two mixed salads to go. I waited almost 15 minutes, and they served them with a spoon instead of a fork, and the arugula still had the roots attached. I'm giving it 3 stars because the place is well-kept and because I've had pizza before, and it was good. Tip: Come and try it, but don't order takeout.

Beautiful and welcoming place, trained and very kind staff very attentive to timing and good food at a very fair price, I recommend it to anyone passing through Caluso, I will be back soon.

Very nice place! The staff was friendly, and the food was tasty and high-quality, both the pizza and the dessert! The Piedmontese beer on tap was also excellent.
