Before talking about food, let's talk about the staff, very kind and super helpful, but above all very patient given the considerable delay caused by some of the group: for this alone they deserve 20 ⭐️! Let's talk about food, excellent quality of ingredients and well balanced, personally I had an excellent gricia and bruschetta with lard. How can we forget, all accompanied by an excellent house wine. Quiet and relaxing environment. Average prices. I highly recommend it to all lovers of Roman food and good wine! Until next time!

Food was terrific but unfortunately ruined by lack of service. Server was nice but AWOL during dinner despite giving us a device to call her if needed. Result was no wine or items we wanted. Too bad.

The Carbonara with Truffle had a perfect blend of pork, cheese, and pepper melded together with a cream sauce that didn't leave one feeling disappointed. The staff was friendly and attentive despite the language barrier I brought with me as an American visiting Italy.

A week ago I was at the Caligola restaurant! The dishes were incredible, the best Carbonara I've eaten so far. But I will definitely remember the receptivity and conversation from tourist destinations to football with the team. Hugs directly from Brazil!

Vengo spesso da Caligola perchè mangio benissimo e soprattutto perché mi sento sempre tra amici, sarà anche merito del mitico Rò uno dei proprietari, simpatico e conviviale come del resto tutto lo staff. Se cerchi cucina romana a Palermo devi passare da Caligola 🔝

23/04/2024: We ate at this restaurant last week and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. Everything excellent. The starters were perfectly crisp and fruity, the Sorrento gnocchi exquisite and the Genovese was truly special. The very kind owner. He also brought us some warm bread made by him to make the slipper. I highly recommend it
