Small, welcoming place with a cozy outdoor area. Positive: They make gluten-free sandwiches for those with intolerances. (Not for celiacs, because the cuisine is unique, so there's gluten contamination.) I had a gluten-free double double burger for an additional €1. One of the largest and most filling on the menu, for €16.50 if I remember correctly. It's served with fries. I won't judge the taste because taste is personal. Negative: The bun was dry, lacking in sauces. All the ingredients listed on the menu were in very small quantities. All you could see was a little ketchup and little else. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take a photo right away. Too bad, I would have returned if they made slightly larger sandwiches with the right fillings.

There is no need to introduce California within the neighborhood, the quality that it brings to home orders is always very high; there is never anything out of place even if this safety obviously comes at a high price. We wanted to go and try it on site driven by the thought that perhaps we could save a few euros compared to a classic app order. The place is small and cute, the colorful terrace is perfect for enjoying sandwiches or other dishes. The sandwiches are presented impeccably. There is only one big "defect" in the experience, the excessive level of heaviness and quantity of oil used. The dishes other than poké tend to be stomach-churning quickly, the sandwiches and fried foods are full of oil and finishing the meal is always difficult. I understand that this may not be a defect for everyone, after all who orders these things to feel good? However, I believe that there is always room for improvement, even from this point of view. Because beyond that, the flavors are there: the buns are good, the filling of the sandwiches stands out from the competitors, the chips and fried foods are crunchy and tasty and the overall quality is very high. I still find the price a little excessive even at the restaurant, but maybe I'm just too nostalgic. Nothing to say about the poké, incredible dishes and for me the real highlight of the place. The burritos also stand out from the classic meals and are excellently filled. In any case, eating here will never be a disappointment!

What can I say, amazing place, amazing staff and absolutely amazing food, so much so that I forgot about my health because I used to go there every week before I moved elsewhere. I hope to go back and continue to leave them my entire salary.

I went to this place with my partner and I have to say that it exceeded all our expectations. I took a smash burger with my company and we were surprised! Excellent burgers, better than any other famous chain. The delicate and tasty nachos. The girls at the cashier were very kind and made me feel at home right away. I didn't know how to book and they were really kind, in 2 seconds they explained to me how everything worked! I will definitely go back. Well done 🫰🏼

Después de comer lo que se sentía como pasta y pizza sin fin en Italia, estábamos buscando un poco de comida grasienta y deliciosa de casa en América y California Cookhouse era el lugar perfecto para nosotros. Tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, poke bowls, hamburguesas y papas fritas, ¡lo tienen todo! Sin duda lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite Roma!

Ho assaggiato tutti i prodotti vegani e lo consiglio a tutti i miei soci perché la qualità è veramente alta voto 10 su 10...potete anche ordinare da casa consigliatissimo!
