What a beautiful dinner! I hadn't been back to this historic restaurant for years and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised, me and all the 8 diners I was at the table with (some even non-Romans). Friendliness and efficiency in service, fresh ingredients and authentic preparations (with a few touches of modernity), this is the Calice d'Oro recipe which confirms itself as one of the best Roman restaurants in the area. Unfortunately we were in a hurry and we weren't able to taste the desserts but I'm sure they would have pampered us just like they did the appetizers and first courses. Congratulations to everyone, we'll see you soon :)
