05/01/2025: I have booked a table for 18 people for today January 5th. We arrived promptly at 12.30 and the room was cold, we pointed out the low temperature but they replied that the heating was on and for a pizza restaurant they don't make pizzas at midday. The 200-person room was occupied only by us and 8/9 other customers. The waitress was a little grumpy and clearly didn't want to work. The frying needed at least another minute of cooking (a little raw inside), the cut chosen for medium cooking was very cooked and dry. The pasta that arrived 5 minutes after ordering was overcooked (most likely prepared the night before). Creamed cod with thorns. I remember that we were the first customers of the day but the bathrooms were dirty so not cleaned since the day before. Dear restaurateur, if the room was empty, ask yourself a question and give yourself an answer
