The Calata 15 restaurant is located on the Pesaro waterfront, a beautiful venue with designer furnishings.
This restaurant's signature feature is its ever-changing seafood menu, which depends on the catch of the day.
The food is good! Three stars, however, because the service wasn't to our liking.
We had booked days in advance, but had to wait upon arrival. Only to be seated at a small table that wasn't big enough for four people (I think it was improvised). The food arrived, but the plates were still missing, as was the bread, napkins, and even the bottle of wine... which arrived at the table already opened and without a cork!
Even though the food is good, the organization of the reservations and table service was disappointing.

The restaurant is divided into three areas, very well-maintained and modern, with an open kitchen.
The staff is friendly and the dishes are delicious and delicious.
It's very quiet at lunchtime, but it can get a bit crowded at dinnertime on weekends.

A very nice place overlooking the pier, with excellent, plentiful food.
The pasta is homemade, and the fish is fresh daily.
The staff was quite distracted the night we came for dinner, but it may have been a particularly busy evening. Overall, a positive experience, and a recommended place.

We were there this evening. The place is very cute and unique. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The portions are delightfully generous and are served pan-fried (for starters). The fried seafood is mixed seafood, not the traditional calamari. The pasta is homemade, and the fish is fresh daily. And let's not even talk about the dessert...excellent quality!!!

Calata 15 is one of those places where everything flows effortlessly. There's a sense of comfort that permeates the entire experience, without being forced. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly, and the service is quick and efficient. The ingredients are top-quality, with fresh catch of the day and expertly executed dishes: the homemade passatelli with fish deserves a special mention. The quality-price ratio is more than reasonable. Professionalism and, above all, passion are clearly evident here.
