12/12/2024: We had dinner on Friday at this beautiful restaurant in the center of Marsala. The service and hospitality proved to be perfect from every point of view. Attentive to the customer's needs, quick and without ever being intrusive. The chef worked the excellent raw materials with intelligence and skill. We had some delicious appetizers. Among these, the "Tale e Qualeddro" arancina which in terms of size has nothing to envy of those of street food. The unattainable taste leaves you positively amazed. As well as the fish meatballs combined with a pea cream. The first one was excellent, the thimbles with "greased" cod and the second "l'otre" squid. The chocolate semifreddo is artisanal and equally good. I have the feeling that the chef is destined to grow a lot in the consideration of the various guides to Italian restaurants. Very honest bill: 30 euros per person Only one regret: we didn't have cash with us - we paid by card - and we weren't able to leave the tip to the wait staff that the super deserved.
