Returning to Como from the seaside in the Marche region, we're craving a real piadina. We head out to Cesenatico, wander around a bit before finding an open place, and arrive in San Mauro Pascoli, at Cal Burdéli. We meet the owner, a charming lady who immediately prepares piadinas (even empty ones to take home) and crescioni. There's an embarrassment of choice between savory and delicious piadinas and crescioni. The dough is made with Bari: white flour, organic flour, or organic spelt. All washed down with your favorite beverage. The place is welcoming, bright, and child-friendly, thanks to the many outdoor games. The place is also eco-friendly, using green energy from renewable sources.

Want to eat some real, quality crescione? You've come to the right place!! I've tried so many around Romagna, but none as good and high-quality as these from Mrs. Fiorella!! If I could, I'd give her 10 stars!!! Excellent!! Highly recommended!!
