THE COURTESY OF MR CLAUDIO AND HIS WIFE MAKES YOU IMMEDIATELY FEEL AT HOME AND THEN THE FOOD GIVES YOU THAT EXTRA PUSH, EXCELLENT TAGLIATELLE AND TORTELLI, PASTRY MADE BY THEM, NOT TO MENTION THE PORK STARTERS OF THEIR PRODUCTION, THE TASTE BUDS WILL MAKE THEM THEY GO BY THE THOUSAND, FORBIDDEN FOR THOSE ON A DIET, START THE DIET THE NEXT DAY. Tortelli tortelli and more and only tortelli... touching

We were near Grosseto, we took advantage of the not so great weather to go and eat in Stribugliano, after seeing a YouTuber's video. The restaurant is unique: very good appetizers, excellent fresh raw sausage and half a wheel of cheese directly on the table (I'm not joking). Very tasty artisanal ham. Tortelli with ragù without words, which takes you back in time, and also the gnocchi with mushrooms which are really very good. To conclude, we were brought the freshly baked tart (served whole), still warm and excellent, and chocolate salami (always whole, to be cut as we prefer 😅). Claudio is very nice, kind and approachable.

A place from other times... it feels like going back decades considering the welcome, the courtesy, the quality of the food and the availability of the owner and his wife. Truly a beautiful discovery!
