Bar Vela is, in my opinion, one of the best places to eat Parisienne in the area—a unique delicacy, absolutely worth trying. The pizzas and all the rotisserie items are also excellent, always top-quality. Everything is truly delicious, highly recommended.

I can't say whether their Parisienne (the classic, but they also offer a few variations) is the absolute best in Naples; however, I can say it's truly delicious, especially if served fresh from the oven (which is often the case, as the trays get mobbed). The fried foods are more conventional. The pastries are also good. It's strictly eaten on the sidewalk, as is traditional with Neapolitan street food.
