This restaurant enjoys a truly splendid location in the heart of Naples, with great potential that, however, is currently under-exploited. The welcome is rather cold and distant, which is surprising, especially in a city renowned for its warmth and friendliness. The overall upkeep of the premises could also be improved, particularly in terms of cleanliness. It's a shame, because the location deserves more attentive and engaging management, capable of fully expressing its quality and charm. With a few more touches, the restaurant could certainly offer a much more pleasant experience.

I was in Naples for 4 days at the beginning of December and we went to D'Alessio for breakfast 3 days in a row; delighted with the service and the food, good cappuccino, we discovered the graffa, very good, the sfogliatella frolla also one of the best I've tried. If I go back to Naples I will repeat 😊

I've read a lot of negative reviews, I was in the area this morning and tried it. The coffee was good, the service was fast, and the place was clean. Oh, I forgot, they even gave me a receipt for the coffee, which was €1.20. I think that's normal. I'll gladly return.
