I have visited the museum with 2 kids aged 3 and 11 and although some of the art pieces had concepts beyond their age, all sensorial and optical effects they were engulfed in have made it into a memorable experience. I could not recommend this museum enough as I would put it in my Rome 10 places to visit anytime!

Caféteira do Chiostro is a place worth a visit. Very close to Piazza Navona, it is hidden, but it takes us to another universe with its flowery decoration. We temporarily leave Rome and the cafe goes to a fantasy world. Unmissable, sit down and completely relax, away from the crowd of tourists.

The fee for general entrance is 5 euros and for the exhibition 17. Beautiful space and artworks though very limited if you pay just the entrance fee. I recommend enjoy a cafe there as the coffe place is amazing. The is also an amazing gift shop inside with great variety.

Cadre surprenant : couleurs chatoyantes, œuvres surprenantes, un havre de fraîcheur, de calme. Un plaisir de déguster en famille un goûter- apéro avec cheese-cake et Spritz loin de la chaleur et de l'agitation romaine.

05/02/2025: Rustic and welcoming environment, not huge but we didn't have any problems with large crowds. Tolkien-themed menu (so it's practically HOME for me), good food, wide variety of beers and spirits and also very kind guys who, to apologize for the delay in service (which wasn't their fault among other things), offered us a drink and also gave us a discount. Every week they organize different evenings, including karaoke and live music. For me it was a really nice experience and I can't wait to go back 😊
25/11/2024: Very nice and charming place. Very stocked with drinks, but above all with board games. Courteous staff. Food ok.
