Confermo il giudizio della scorsa volta... tutto ottimo!! Dai cornetti ai pasticciotti! Ma con i fruttoni più buoni di tt il Salento!!

Dopo aver provato Baccaro la.prima volta, ci siamo ritornati e ci ri-torneremo ancora. Quando siamo in zona, ormai Baccaro è 1 tappa fissa!! Accessibilissimo anche in carrozzina, locale pulito, bello e la pasticceria... Pasticceria da 10 e lode!! Forse i pasticciotti migliori che abbia mai mangiato (e ne ho provati), straordinari!! Il loro fruttone è stata 1 scowrta, sorpresa per noi, sono davvero speciali! Caffè eccellente! Hanno un caffè locale, che è davvero ottimo! Ho provato anche il ginseng, altrettanto buono!! Prezzi nella media, spero non aumentino.. Personale gentilissimo.

We had an excellent coffee, the local Quarta one, TOP! In a wheelchair, I entered without problems, an accessible place (and this is not to be taken for granted...). I got some pasticciotti which are truly superlative, among the best in the area. And then, the big fruit... Extraordinary!! The owner, very kind, explained everything about the fruit and it is absolutely worth trying and repeating! When we return to the area, we will definitely return to Baccaro! Congratulations, keep it up!

It always remains my favorite place to have breakfast (and aperitifs), during my summer stay in Castro.❤️ What can I say, an impressively delicious chocolate pasticciotto. My friend and I went to the Baccaro bar a few times during the holiday to drink good Lecce coffee and eat different types of pasticciotti, all special. The staff has always been kind and welcoming to us. I highly recommend it

We had breakfast for 4 days in this bar during a holiday. Our B&B offered us €7 breakfast per day but this is barely enough for 2 cappuccinos and 2 croissants (or baked desserts in general). We were shocked when for an additional coffee we exceeded the €7 budget by 10 cents and the owner made us go back to the room to get them... when I went down to bring them I said loudly and laughing that I had come down to "pay off a debt" (because with us they would never, ever ask for the 10 cents, especially knowing that we brought €7 a day for 4 days). What else can I say except that it's not just the Ligurians who are miserly... different life attitudes. The waitresses, however, were all kind.

Very nice little but well-filled cafe. The coffee and cornetti were very good at a great price. The public parking lot nearby is the best free way to get to the café.

Animals are welcome in this place. Great place for a breakfast or brunch; the only thing I didn't like about the pasticciotto with pistachio cream was the filling: it didn't contain much pistachio
