Let me start by saying that we asked to have lunch without success in 7/8 places in the centre... either all full or the place closed because it was fully booked. The waiter welcomed us kindly, made us sit in the room below and served good dishes, cooked and presented according to our tastes. It is true that the girls who served were very busy but they always acted kindly, satisfying our requests.
Thank you and, if we happen to be in Turin again, we will keep this in mind.

Historic place among the many scattered around this wonderful city. The bicirin.... Typical local specialty, really good. It deserves a break also because it is located in the splendid VITTORIO VENETO square.

After a morning of walking through atmospheric Turin, the appetite started to kick in. We decided to settle down on a cozy terrace. Our choice was chicken fillet with spinach, fried squid and shrimps, and of course some extra vegetables to top it off.
As a starter we had lasagna which was delicious!! The chicken fillet with spinach was wonderfully tender and full of flavor, but unfortunately the fried squid and shrimp were a bit disappointing—a bit too dry for our taste.
When we got up satisfied, it didn't take long before the local pigeons saw their chance. In no time they had occupied our table and enjoyed their unexpected feast!
