Caffè Vergnano (Mychef rist. comm. S.p.A.) In Roma

12/07/2025: The atmosphere is very refined, beautiful to look at, and there are various sweet and savory snacks. The prices are also fairly reasonable for a bakery, given the price range of these establishments, of course. What really bothered me was the service, which was either completely absent or devoid of emotion. I understand that working all day is tiring... but that way you risk losing customers. The girl at the cash register literally threw me the receipt without a "thank you, have a good day, etc." And the guy at the counter was completely expressionless... pure coldness... I definitely won't be back.

29/05/2025: Simpaticissimi il caffè più buono di Roma, posto accogliente ti fanno sentire a casa. La consiglio a chiunque passi per porta di Roma
